 From the moment you submit photos to the day we drop your payout in your pocket, we handle every step: pickup, storage, listings, buyer communication, and scheduling. You never have to meet a stranger, negotiate with tire-kickers, or lug heavy furniture—just point, click “Submit,” and we take care of the rest. 

What We Don’t Take, But Can Still Help With

❌ We Don’t Accept the Following Items:

  • Mattresses or box springs
     
  • Cribs, car seats, or baby gear
     
  • Clothes, shoes, or small kitchen items
     
  • Large, outdated office desks or filing cabinets
     
  • Damaged, broken, or moldy furniture
     
  • Most electronics (e.g. printers, VCRs, old TVs)

➕ But We’ve Got You Covered:

 If any of your items fall into these categories, we offer two add-on services to make your move easier:

♻️ Donation Run – $50 Flat Fee

 We’ll drop off your usable, non-sellable items at a local donation center so you don’t have to deal with it.

🗑 Dump Run – Quote Based on Volume

For broken or unsellable furniture , we’ll handle disposal based on the size and load. Let us know what needs to go, and we’ll quote you on the spot.

 We only accept items with an estimated resale value of $500 or more. That typically includes furniture like couches, dining sets, dressers, modern chairs, and appliances like fridges, washers, and dryers (in excellent working condition).


We don’t accept:

  • Mattresses, box springs, or baby gear
  • Damaged or outdated items
  • Most clothing, electronics, or office desks
    👉 But we offer donation or dump runs for these


Nope! That’s the beauty of Let Go Co.
We handle pickup, storage, and resale so you don’t lift a finger. 


Yes — we charge a flat minimum service fee of $150, which covers pickup, transportation, and storage prep. Additional fees may apply for larger jobs and are quoted in advance. 


If your item hasn’t sold after 10 days, we’ll automatically reduce the price by 10% to stay competitive in the local market. We’ll continue applying a 10% reduction every 10 days, for up to 30 days total.
This pricing policy is outlined in our service agreement to ensure a smooth, transparent resale process. 


Yes!

  • Donation runs are available for a $50 flat fee
  • Dump runs are quoted based on volume


This is a great option for items we can’t sell but can still help remove. 


We research comparable listings in the local market to price your items competitively. We don’t base pricing on original retail value — our goal is to get them sold quickly at a fair market rate. 


 Yes — but only before it sells. Just contact us to arrange pickup or delivery (a return fee may apply depending on the item and location).


Yes! If you're downsizing or clearing out multiple items, we’re happy to assess the scope and provide a custom quote for large-scale pickups. 


\We can’t guarantee every item will sell, but we use professional photography, market research, and active platform management to give each item the best chance possible. Items not sold within 30 days may be donated, returned, or re-evaluated.
